Manhattan Season 1

Integrated Campaign

Secrecy was the maxim of the Manhattan Project and its guiding principle. The scientists who worked on the bomb were obliged to keep secrets from everyone—their colleagues, their families, and even their government. In promoting the show, the conceit was to approximate the look and feel of that paranoia by speaking directly to the viewer and thus implicating them in the show’s central conspiracy.

Taking our cues from the arresting aesthetics of the era’s propaganda, we produced a series of images and disruptive digital executions, whose art and message were as beguiling as they were discomfiting.
